Route description: We begin by running along Uxbridge Road, shortly afterwards turning left into FitzHerbert Walk, to run alongside the River Brent.  Upon meeting the canal, we turn right and after passing the Hanwell Flight of Locks and Three Bridges, runners will leave the canal path at Bridge 90 (Norwood Top Lock). We run along Melbury and Minterne Avenues.  At Tentelow Lane, runners cross the A4 at the Osterley Lane Bridge through Osterley Park to Jersey Road and Windmill Lane before entering Long Wood, followed by a loop of Warren Farm.

After Warren Farm, runners can choose to follow Green Lane and return to Momentum (10.5km).  Alternatively, 15km runners will rejoin the canal path by crossing the bridge at Trumpers Way and enter Boston Manor Park via the trail path.  After exiting Boston Manor Park, runners turn left at the Boston Road to return to Momentum. Everyone is welcome to join us for a drink and perhaps one of the lovely Momentum pastries or cakes after the run!

This is a free and friendly event; everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a fast runner, nor do you have to be registered for the Queen of The Suburbs event to take part.
